Who we are

What personal data we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about the service.
• Workspace and property names that you choose.
• Workspace membership, meaning who belongs to which workspace and in what role.
• Whatever Search Console, Bing, OtterlyAI or Semrush data you choose to import or connect. This is search performance data about your sites, and it may contain personal data only if your own queries or URLs contain it.

We do not run analytics, we do not load third party fonts, and we do not embed third party trackers, so we do not collect browsing behaviour on this website.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We process your account and imported data to perform the contract for the service, which is to store, display and export your search data. We process a limited amount of technical information under our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse.

Sub processors

• Supabase, for the database and authentication.
• Lovable, for hosting this website and the application.
• OtterlyAI and Semrush, only where you connect your own key. In that case the request is made to that provider on your behalf, using your key and your quota.

Storage location and international transfers

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by the sub processors named above, which may be located outside your own country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses offered by those providers. A data processing agreement is available on request at hello@pebbleseo.com.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Permanent retention is the purpose of the product, so we do not expire your archive on a schedule. Deleting a property deletes its data. Deleting a workspace deletes everything inside it. Both actions are irreversible.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing and the right to object. Most of these you can exercise yourself inside the product, by editing or deleting your data and by exporting it to CSV. For anything else, email hello@pebbleseo.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so that you stay signed in. That is the only cookie. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third party fonts and no third party trackers, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is checked against workspace membership on every request, and any API key you connect is held in an encrypted vault. The detail is on the security page.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
